Holly Yzquierdo

Holly Yzquierdo is an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager and has served at Catholic Charities since 2014. She is passionate about helping nonprofits share the impact of their work in a digital world. Holly has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cameron University. Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with her family.

When children experience trauma at a young age, it radically alters the course of their lives, especially when that trauma isn’t recognized and treated. It takes extraordinary circumstances, including steadfast bravery, to deal with the long-term effects of that trauma and find healing.

Like a child counting down the days until Christmas or their next birthday, the team at Catholic Charities looks forward to our anniversary on September 27th with anticipation. This year, we celebrated 89 years of service and begin our 90th year!

Growing up in a small town in North Carolina created a deep sense of community for Ben Hagaman. The son of a Baptist pastor, Ben understands the value of a close-knit, faith-based community.

Passion for serving the less fortunate drives Rachel Masch, Community Engagement Coordinator at Catholic Charities’ MANA (Marines, Army, Navy, Air Force) House. As an AmeriCorps VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America), Rachel has dedicated a year of service to helping veterans experiencing homelessness.

Young at heart is just one way to describe MANA (Marines, Army, Navy, Air Force) House’s Veterans Outreach Center coordinator, Chuck Ashby. “I’m 78 going on 17,” says Chuck. “Well, I feel 17 until I get up and walk around.”
